Privacy Policy: Winning The Money Game With Ike, Inc. is the sponsor of this book launch promotion. We do not share your email with other parties, even those partners/business associates and that are part of this promotion unless expressly done so by you, which you do yourself by clicking on their website links to claim the bonus or giveaway from the sponsor you wish to share your email address with that are listed in the bonuses and giveaways page. By clicking on the link, you are giving us and our partners/business associates your name and email address. This is referred to as an opt-in. When you fill out the “opt-in form” to claim your bonuses and giveaways, you are opting-in to receiving promotional emails from us as the sponsor and from our partners/business associates, which you will always have the option of, opting-out of receiving further emails within each promotion (unsubscribing). You have to specifically opt in to each partner/business associate’s offer to receive the bonuses and giveaways they may be offering. Providing your name and email address for one partner/business associate does not automatically entitle you to the bonus or giveaways offered by other partners/business associates

AS A SPONSOR OF THIS BOOK LAUNCH, WINNING THE MONEY GAME WITH IKE, INC NOR IT’S OWNERS OR OFFICERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TRAVEL, ACCOMMODATION, OR FOOD COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ANY BONUS OR GIVEAWAY. THE WINNER OF ANY BONUS OR GIVEAWAY THAT REQUIRES TRAVEL, ACCOMMODATIONS OR FOOD MUST INCUR THESE COSTS AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE TO COLLECT THAT BONUS OR GIVEAWAY UNLESS STATED IN THE BONUS OR GIVEAWAY DESCRIPTION ITSELF, AND SPECIFIC TO THAT BONUS OR GIVEAWAY ONLY.
The entry period for all bonus and giveaways begin on Tuesday June 12, 2012 at noon (12:00 PM) Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on Friday June 15, 2012 at 11:59 PM ET

Each entry period set forth above is referred to in these Official Rules as a “Promotion Period”.

By participating in this promotional offer, each participant (or his or her parent or legal guardian if the participant is under the majority in their home state) unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Winning The Money Game With Ike, Inc., which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of entries and the overall administration of the bonuses and giveaways tied to this promotion. Participants should look solely to sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the bonus or giveaways the sponsor is offering. Questions, comments or problems related to bonus or giveaways of partners/business associates of the sponsor should be addressed with those partners/business associates first. If an amicable resolution is not achieved with the partner/business associates, then the participant should notify the sponsor for help reaching an amicable resolution.

Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and who are 13 years of age or older (except that legal residents of Maine must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Participants under the age of the majority in their state of residence should get permission from parents or guardians to participate in the Book Launch Promotion. Void in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and where prohibited by law. Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and members of their immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter the Book Launch Promotion or receive a bonus or giveaway.

Online Participation: Participate in the Book Promotion Bonus Giveaways during the Promotion Period at www.winningthemoneygame.net. Through on-screen instructions you will be asked to provide information including your first and last name, email address, and optional book store location and receipt number. All entries must be made by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official time keeper for this Promotion. Winning The Money Game With Ike, Inc. assumes no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries or for any computer, online, telephone, or human error or technical malfunctions that may occur. All entries become the property of Winning The Money Game With Ike, Inc. and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Automated or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entry must be made by the entrant and only as set forth above.

Bonus Giveaway Selection: The bonuses and gifts will be given away as indicated on the promotional page for the book launch. So if bonuses or giveaways are limited to the first 12 purchasers for example, then only the first 12 purchasers will receive those bonuses. If bonuses or giveaways are limited to the 612th to the 621st purchasers, then only those 10 purchasers will receive those bonuses. A determination of all bonuses and giveaways will be made at the conclusion of the promotional period. A two week period after the end of the promotion will be taken to make sure a proper accounting is done for all bonuses and giveaways offered as part of this book launch promotion. Once that accounting is done, final determination of recipients of each bonus offered will be made and will be final. At the time a final determination is made, recipients will be notified via email within a week of that final determination.

Unless bonuses or giveaways were limited to a specified number of purchasers, the odds of receiving a bonus or giveaway are the same for each participant.

Recipients of special bonus or giveaways may be announced as part of a segment on the Winning The Money Game radio show aired on WGUN Atlanta’s 1010 AM dial on Saturdays at 11AM EST.

Sponsor is not responsible, and may disqualify a participant, if the participant’s email does not work or is changed. Any bonus or giveaway notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in bonus or giveaway forfeiture and an alternate recipient shall be selected. If a bonus or giveaway recipient is not of legal age of majority in his or her state of residence (a “minor”), at Sponsor’s option, the applicable bonus or giveaway will be awarded to the minor or the minor’s parent or legal guardian. If a potential recipient is ineligible to win a bonus or giveaway, does not comply with the acceptance requirements above or is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, then such bonus or giveaway recipient will be disqualified and an alternate recipient may be selected from the remaining eligible participants. No substitution or transfer of a bonus or giveaway is permitted except by Sponsor.

Awarding of bonus or giveaways: BOOK LAUNCH PROMOTION SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TRAVEL, ACCOMMODATION, OR FOOD COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ANY BONUS OR GIVEAWAY. THE RECIPIENT OF ANY BONUS OR GIVEAWAY THAT REQUIRES TRAVEL, ACCOMMODATIONS OR FOOD MUST INCUR THESE COSTS AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE TO COLLECT THAT BONUS OR GIVEAWAY UNLESS STATED IN THE BONUS OR GIVEAWAY DESCRIPTION ITSELF, AND SPECIFIC TO THAT BONUS OR GIVEAWAY ONLY. (1) All bonus or giveaways that can be delivered through a digital online formative will be done so shortly after or around the date of the conclusion of the promotion. (2) Any bonus or giveaways requiring physical delivery of a product will be done so by the partner/business associate of the book launch promotion. (3) Bonus or Giveaways from a partner/business associate that offers their service will contact the recipient by email or through the participant’s contact information if an email address was not submitted.

PUBLICITY: As a condition of participation into the Promotion, except where prohibited by law, each participant and bonus or giveaway recipient by accepting a bonus or giveaway grants to Winning The Money Game With Ike, Inc. and its partners, legal representatives, assigns and licensees, all right, title, and interest in to publicize, broadcast, display, and/or otherwise use the Book Launch Promotion participant’s name, city, state, photo, and biographical material (collectively, “Licensed Rights”) in any media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, permission, or approval of the bonus or giveaway recipient.
Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute bonus or giveaway of equal or greater value if a bonus or giveaway described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The Approximate Value of the prize represents Sponsor’s good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any bonus or offer awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen bonus or giveaway items.

General Conditions: The Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Cumming, GA. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Bonus and Giveaways will only be given and/or delivered to addresses within the United States. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the bonus or giveaway recipient. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the bonus or giveaway. If bonus or giveaway is forfeited, then it will be given to another eligible participant as determined by the Sponsor. Except where prohibited by law, each bonus or giveaway recipient (and parent/legal guardian if recipient is a minor) grants (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing) permission for the Promotion Entities, their advertising and promotional agencies, and those acting under its authority to use such bonus or giveaway recipient’s name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the world wide web, without notice, review, approval, or additional compensation.

Release of Liability: By acceptance of a bonus or giveaway, recipient agrees that the Promotion Entities will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by bonus or giveaway recipient (and parent/legal guardian if participant is a minor), against, any and all liability for injuries, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including death, or property damage resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any bonus or giveaway, participation in this promotion, or while traveling to, preparing for or participating in any book launch promotion-related activity. The Promotion Entities expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property in connection with the bonus or giveaways offered. Participants agree to indemnify Sponsor for any unauthorized use or misuse of or modification to the Bonus or Giveaway.

Conduct: Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry processor the operations to any of the Book Launch Promotion or the Book Launch Promotion Site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY DELIBERATE ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF ANY OF THE BOOK LAUNCH PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WINNING THE MONEY GAME WITH IKE, INC.’S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THAT PROVISION.

Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Book Launch Promotion or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions or in the administration of the Book Launch Promotion. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any misdirected, late, undeliverable or lost mail, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay of operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or any part of the Book Launch Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating downloading materials in the Book Launch Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from individuals participating in the Book Launch Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any bonus or giveaway. If, for any reason, the Book Launch Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Book Launch Promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Book Launch Promotion. In such event, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, distribute bonuses and giveaways to all eligible participants prior to or after such cancellation, suspension, or modification. In the event of a dispute concerning who registered online to participate in the Book Launch Promotion, the registration will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Bonus or Giveaway Recipient’s List: To obtain a copy of any legally required bonus or giveaway recipient’s list or a copy of the Official Rules, send the applicable request and a self-addressed, stamped, #10 envelope to Winning The Money Game With Ike, Inc. 5991 Parkway North Blvd. Suite D, Cumming GA 30041 indicating the name of the applicable Book Launch Promotion after the address and in your request. Request must be received no later than June 30, 2012 for the name of the bonus or giveaway recipient’s list and, by the end of the promotion (June 15, 2012), for a copy of the rules.
